Mold making: According to the sample specifications provided in the design drawing, the vacuum forming mold is first made.

Material cutting: Cut the plastic sheet into the appropriate size and specification.

Heating and fixing: Heat the cut plastic sheet to soften it and fix its shape.

Vacuum forming: Place the softened plastic sheet into the vacuum chamber and, by evacuating the air, make it adhere to the mold to form the model of the vacuum-formed packaging box.

Cooling and shaping: The plastic sheet after vacuum forming is cooled to shape it into the final blister packaging box.
